Get To Know Dr. Boucher
Dr. Norah Boucher grew up in northeast Ohio where her grandmother introduced her to the world of horses. She quickly became immersed, with all of her free time spent riding or showing hunters and dressage. She had always admired the veterinary field, but knew it was the career for her while working with veterinarians to rehab her horse, Devlin, from a fractured radius.
She went on to pursue an Equine Pre-Veterinary degree at Otterbein University in Westerville, OH, where she competed nationally on the intercollegiate hunt seat and dressage teams. After her undergraduate degree, she moved south to earn her DVM at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
Following veterinary school, Dr. Boucher completed a 1 year internship with Littleton Equine Medical Center in Colorado. During that year she rotated through surgery, internal medicine, hospital, emergency, field and sports medicine services. There, she developed a passion for ambulatory medicine with a specific interest in emergency care and sports medicine. Dr. Boucher is certified to perform animal chiropractic by the IVCA and is excited to offer integrated medicine to her clients!
Dr. Boucher got married to her husband, Korey, in June of 2024 and has since changed her last name from Young to Boucher. Dr. Boucher is ecstatic to be practicing in the front range. When not with horses, she can be found hiking, rock climbing, camping, or jogging with her dog, Ringo.
