Preserving & Maintaining Your Horse's Health with Surgery

Safety is our top priority. Minimally invasive treatments are ideal as they mitigate potential anesthesia complications. Weighing benefit vs risk, we only recommend surgery when it is in the best interest of your horse.

There are a number of large animal surgeries that are easier to perform on standing, awake patients. This type of surgery is typically used to repair lacerations and injuries sustained through trauma.

Our equine surgeons offer a variety of urgent and elective surgeries. Emergency surgeries, such as surgeries for colic, will be referred to trusted emergency surgical centers in the area.

We offer a thorough consultation before surgery begins and constant monitoring during the procedures as well as recovery. Our goal is to provide a seamless process from start to finish and to keep you fully informed.
